Welcome
Amid the ever-intensifying pulse of the world, I desire to slow down and focus on my direct surroundings. I paint to connect and to understand of the places I've experienced, the objects I've beheld, and the individuals I've come to know. I study with my eyes to better comprehend my thoughts and feelings, searching with paint to discover my place in the world and to visually represent my journey through life. Painting adds meaning to my own existence bonding myself to a history while simultaneously engaging myself in the present moment. And it is my hope that the work I produce might somehow affect and enrich the lives of others.
